This six-week program is designed to help high school seniors develop lifelong healthy habits as they transition to college. Covering essential topics like nutrition, sleep, stress management, sexual health, and movement, students will gain practical strategies to support their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Each session includes interactive discussions, goal-setting, hands-on exercises, and quizzes to keep students engaged. The program concludes with a Q&A session for students and parents, plus a graduation ceremony where participants receive a College Wellness Kit filled with tools to support their success.

By the end of the program, students will feel confident, prepared, and equipped to navigate college life with balance and resilience!
